• Your reservation is not confirmed until we reply back to you and you make your payment.​
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. We are flexible on early check-in and late check-out as long as it does not interfere with other bookings.
• A full refund will be made if your cancellation is prior to 3 pm on the day before you arrive unless your booking is on a "long weekend" where your cancellation with a refund will be 3 pm two days before check-in.
• There is a flight of steps to reach the chalet, and this is the only access to it.
• Pick up and drop off from the Ella railway station is by a three-wheeler for every two guests.
• We have our "In-house three wheeler" which can be reserved for sightseeing and trips into town.  Please discuss the charges prior to your ride.
• Only breakfast will be served at the chalet.  For lunch and dinner, we suggest that you visit the many restaurants in town or bring your lunch to the chalet.
• A mini fridge is provided in your chalet.
